Key Features

Battery and Power Management

The W04CG laser level is powered by two high-capacity 12.6V Li-ion batteries, providing an extended runtime of 13 to 24 hours. The device can also operate while charging, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.

360° Electric Rotating Base

This laser level features an integrated electric rotating base with three selectable speeds: 9.1mm/s, 48mm/s, and 240mm/s. This allows for quick movement to the target location or fine-tuning for precise alignment.

Remote and Bluetooth APP Control

The large backlit LCD display provides clear visibility of essential information, including active laser lines, tilt angle, battery status, pulse mode, self-leveling mode, manual mode, and rotation speed. The touch panel is highly responsive, even when wearing gloves.

4 x 360° Green Beam Laser Lines with Adjustable Brightness

The W04CG projects four 360° green laser planes: one top horizontal line ideal for ceiling installations, one bottom horizontal line for ground leveling (achieving an ultra-low 1/2-inch distance), and two vertical cross lines that intersect at 90° for precise square layouts. Laser brightness can be adjusted to three levels.

Self-leveling and Manual Modes

The device supports both self-leveling and manual modes. In self-leveling mode, the laser automatically levels within its range. For applications requiring angled lines, switch to manual mode to lock the pendulum and project lines at any desired angle.

IP54 Water/Dust Resistance

The over-molded metal laser window provides IP54 water and dust resistance, ensuring durability and reliable performance in tough jobsite conditions.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

Insert the two 12.6V Li-ion batteries into the designated battery compartments. Ensure correct polarity.

2. Charging

Connect the Type-C charger to the device and a power source to charge the batteries. The device can be used while charging.

3. Mounting

Place the laser level on a stable, level surface. For elevated or angled applications, use the upgraded triaxial magnetic stand or the lifting base. The device features a 1/4"-20 threaded mount for compatibility with tripods.

4. Initial Power On

Slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The laser level will typically start in self-leveling mode.

Operating Instructions

Self-Leveling Mode

When the pendulum is unlocked (ON position), the laser level will automatically self-level. If the device is outside its self-leveling range, the laser lines will flash rapidly to indicate an out-of-level condition. Adjust the position of the device until the lines stabilize.

Manual Mode (Tilt Function)

To project lines at a specific angle, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position to lock the pendulum. Then, press and hold the 'H' or 'V' button (or the corresponding button on the remote/app) to activate the laser lines. The lines will now remain active at any angle. The LCD display will show the X-axis and Y-axis angle data, allowing for precise angle measurement.

Laser Line Selection

Use the 'H' button to cycle through horizontal laser lines and the 'V' button to cycle through vertical laser lines. You can activate individual lines or combinations as needed for your project.

Pulse Mode

Activate pulse mode by pressing the pulse mode button (often indicated by a pulse icon). This mode is essential for use with a laser receiver (not included) to extend the working range up to 200 feet, especially outdoors or in bright conditions.

Adjusting Brightness

Adjust the laser line brightness through the mobile app or remote control. There are three levels: Minimum, Normal, and Maximum, to suit different lighting environments.

Electric Rotating Base Control

Use the remote control or mobile app to adjust the rotation speed of the electric base. Select from 9.1mm/s (lowest), 48mm/s (medium), or 240mm/s (highest) depending on the precision required for alignment or tiling work.
