Setup and Installation

Before You Begin

• Safety First: Ensure the installation area is clear and stable. It is recommended to have a second person assist with installation.
• Locate Ceiling Joists: The pot rack must be securely mounted into ceiling joists or appropriate structural supports. Do not mount directly into drywall without proper anchors.
• Tools Required: Drill, stud finder, measuring tape, pencil, screwdriver, safety glasses.

Installation Steps

1. Assemble the Rack: Connect the main frame components if not pre-assembled. Ensure the metal mesh shelf is securely placed within the frame.
2. Determine Placement: Position the pot rack in your desired location, ideally over a kitchen island or counter. Use a measuring tape to ensure it is centered and at a suitable height. Mark the ceiling where the hanging chains will attach.
3. Locate Ceiling Joists: Use a stud finder to locate the ceiling joists at your marked points. The mounting hardware must be drilled into these joists for maximum stability and weight support.
4. Install Ceiling Hooks: Drill pilot holes into the center of the located ceiling joists. Securely screw the provided ceiling hooks into these pilot holes until they are firmly seated.
5. Attach Chains: Connect one end of each hanging chain to the pot rack frame.
6. Hang the Rack: With assistance, carefully lift the pot rack and attach the other end of the chains to the installed ceiling hooks. Adjust the chain length to achieve the desired hanging height. Ensure the rack is level.
7. Add S-Hooks: Distribute the 12 S-shaped hooks along the bottom bars of the pot rack. These hooks are detachable and can be repositioned as needed.

• Weight Capacity: The rack is designed to hold up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg). Do not exceed this weight limit to prevent damage or injury.
