3. Setup and Battery Installation

The remote control requires two (2) AAA batteries (not included) for operation. No programming or pairing is required; simply insert the batteries, and the remote is ready for use with compatible devices.

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
  2. Slide the battery compartment cover downwards or in the direction indicated by an arrow to open it.
  3. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into position until it clicks securely.

4. Operating Instructions

Point the remote control directly at the infrared (IR) receiver on your speaker system. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the speaker system.

Button Functions:

  • POWER: Turns the speaker system on or off.
  • Number Pad (0-9): Used for direct track selection or inputting numerical values.
  • MODE: Cycles through input modes (e.g., Bluetooth, AUX, USB, FM).
  • U/SD: Selects USB or SD card input mode.

  • FOLDER SCAN: Scans and navigates through folders on USB/SD media.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
