Safety Information
Your WAINLUXPRO K10 laser engraver is designed with multiple safety features to protect users. It is classified as a Laser Class 1 product, indicating that it is safe under all conditions of normal use. Adhering to the following safety guidelines is crucial.
- Protective Cover: The machine features an enclosed design with a high-definition transparent cover. When this protective cover is opened during operation, the laser emission will immediately cease to prevent any potential leakage or exposure.
- Tilt Induction Safety: If the inclination angle between the engraver and the horizontal plane exceeds 13 degrees (±5 degrees) and is maintained for more than 1 second, the machine will automatically stop operation. This prevents accidental laser firing if the device is knocked over.
- Eye Protection: The orange-colored cover is designed to filter blue light, allowing for close observation of the engraving process without the need for additional goggles.
- Ventilation: A built-in fan helps manage smoke and dust. For optimal air quality, the machine can be connected to an external air purifier (not included).

Setup
The WAINLUXPRO K10 is designed for ease of use with minimal setup required. No assembly is necessary, making it beginner-friendly.
1. Placement
Place the engraver on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is sufficient space around the machine for safe operation and heat dissipation.
2. Power Connection
Connect the power adapter to the engraver and then to a suitable power outlet.
3. Software and Connectivity
The engraver supports design uploads and operation via USB cable or WiFi transmission. You can use the self-developed WAINLUXPRO APP on your phone/PC/pad, or compatible third-party software such as CutLabX (Windows OS/Mac OS/Android/iOS), Lightburn (Windows OS/Mac OS/Linux), and LaserGRBL (Windows OS).
4. Focal Length Adjustment
The focal length can be manually controlled with a focusing range of 20-120mm. The optimal focal length is 50mm. The laser port height can also be adjusted by manipulating the 4 screws on the back of the unit.

1. Engraving Area and Precision
The machine supports an 80x80mm engraving area with an accuracy of up to 0.01mm and a laser speed of 3000mm/min. The minimum spot size is 0.2x0.2mm, ensuring fine detail in your engravings.
2. Material Compatibility
The K10 can engrave a wide array of non-transparent materials, including:
- Paper
- Cork
- Plastic
- Leather
- Cloth
- Cardboard
- Coated Metal (Note: Cannot engrave bare metal, electroplated metal, or stainless steel directly.)
For transparent materials such as acrylic, glass, and ceramics, colored paper (not included) needs to be used on the surface to absorb the laser energy. This is crucial for successful engraving on these materials.
3. Offline Engraving
The K10 supports offline engraving, allowing you to operate the machine with just one button for on/off functions after the design has been uploaded. This provides flexibility and convenience.
4. Enhancing Engraving Possibilities
For engraving larger or circular items like mugs, flat cups, or pens, a rotary attachment (not included) can be used in conjunction with the engraver's height adjustment feature. Additionally, the machine supports L-shaped positioning strips for batch engraving.

Maintenance

A. General Cleaning
- Wipe internal smoke and dust weekly with a dry rag.

B. Laser Lens Care (Every 30 Hours of Use)
- Clean the laser head window lens with a cotton swab and alcohol.
- Important: Dust buildup can block the laser beam, causing energy to burn the lens surface and potentially damage it. Regular cleaning is essential.
C. Transmission Screw Maintenance
- Periodically check if the screw's lubricating oil is dry. Reapply if needed to ensure smooth movement.
- Remove dust buildup regularly from the transmission screw to ensure smooth operation.

Engraving Reflective Materials
Warning: The engraving machine cannot engrave reflective materials directly. If you attempt to engrave reflective materials without proper preparation, it may damage the laser head. This is because the laser energy hitting the surface of a reflective material will reflect back to the laser head, causing damage.
Solution: Before engraving reflective materials such as glass or ceramics, you must paint the surface of the material black or paste black laser engraving color paper onto the surface. This allows the laser energy to be absorbed, enabling successful engraving and protecting the laser head.
