LOUKIENE Restaurant Pager System User Manual

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the LOUKIENE Restaurant Pager System. This system is designed to enhance communication and efficiency in various service environments such as restaurants, food trucks, churches, clinics, nursing homes, pubs, and bars. It includes a transmitter and 10 coaster pagers, offering reliable wireless communication with customizable alert modes.

2. Package Contents

3. Safety Information

  • Keep the device away from water and high humidity environments.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Refer to qualified service personnel.
  • Use only the provided power adapter to prevent damage.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Place all 10 coaster pagers onto the charging slots of the transmitter keypad. Connect the power adapter to the transmitter and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure all pagers are properly seated and charging indicators are active. Allow for a full charge before first use.

4.2 Quick Pairing and Setting Pager Numbers

The system comes pre-paired and ready to use. If you need to re-pair or set specific numbers for pagers, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the pager is on the charging base.
  2. On the transmitter, long press the SET button (gear icon) until 'F1' appears.
  3. Press the UP/DOWN arrows to navigate to 'F2' (for quick pairing).
  4. Press the CALL button to confirm.
  5. Enter the desired 3-digit pager number (e.g., 001, 002).
  6. Place the pager you wish to assign this number into the designated quick pairing slot on the transmitter. The pager will beep/vibrate/flash to confirm pairing.
  7. Repeat for all pagers.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Calling a Single Pager

To call a specific pager:

  1. On the transmitter keypad, enter the 3-digit number of the pager you wish to call (e.g., 001).
  2. Press the CALL button.

The corresponding pager will activate its set alert mode (vibrate, flash, or buzz) for the configured duration.

5.2 Calling All Pagers

To call all pagers simultaneously:

  1. On the transmitter keypad, enter 999.
  2. Press the CALL button.

All active pagers will activate their set alert modes.

5.3 Setting Transmitter Prompt Modes (F2)

The transmitter has different prompt modes for its own feedback when a button is pressed. To adjust this setting:

  1. Long press the SET button (gear icon) until 'F1' appears.
  2. Press the UP/DOWN arrows to navigate to 'F2'.
  3. Press the CALL button to confirm.
  4. Use the number keys to select a mode:
    • 000 for mute
    • 001 for beeps
    • 002 for vibrates
    • 003 for beeps & vibrates
  5. Press the CALL button to save the setting.

5.4 Setting Pager Prompt Modes (F2)

The pagers offer 7 customizable alert modes. To adjust these settings:

  1. Long press the SET button (gear icon) until 'F1' appears.
  2. Press the UP/DOWN arrows to navigate to 'F2'.
  3. Press the CALL button to confirm.
  4. Use the number keys to select a mode:
    • 004 for Beep
    • 005 for Vibrate
    • 006 for Flash
    • 007 for Beep + Vibrate
    • 008 for Vibrate + Flash
    • 009 for Beep + Flash
    • 010 for Beep + Flash + Vibrate
  5. Press the CALL button to save the setting.

5.5 Setting Reminder Time (1-999 seconds)

To set how long the pager alerts:

  1. Long press the SET button (gear icon) until 'F1' appears.
  2. Press the UP/DOWN arrows to navigate to 'F3'.
  3. Press the CALL button to confirm.
  4. Enter the desired duration in seconds (e.g., 030 for 30 seconds).
  5. Press the CALL button to save the setting.

5.6 One-Touch Group Shutdown

To power off all pagers currently on the charging base:

  1. Ensure all pagers you wish to shut down are placed on the charging base.
  2. On the transmitter keypad, enter 999.
  3. Press the CALL button.

Only pagers that are pre-paired with the transmitter and on the charging base will shut down.

5.7 Checking Calling History

To view the last 10 called numbers:

  1. On the transmitter keypad, press the UP/DOWN arrow buttons.

The display will cycle through the most recently called pager numbers.

6. Maintenance

  • Clean the transmitter and pagers with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure charging contacts on both pagers and the base are clean and free of debris for optimal charging.
  • Store the system in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Regularly charge pagers to maintain battery health, even if not in daily use.

7. Troubleshooting
