Product Overview
The WIEZ 2023 New Model GPS Electric Wireless Dog Fence is an intelligent wireless fence system designed for reliable pet protection and containment within a set boundary. Utilizing GPS positioning technology, it offers stable and accurate performance, making it a safer and more reliable alternative to traditional wired systems. If your dog exceeds the set activity range, the collar will automatically activate beep, vibration, or shock functions to encourage them to return to the safe area. This device is portable, rechargeable, and waterproof, with a control radius distance adjustable from 65 to 3281 feet (20 to 1000 meters).

How It Works
The WIEZ GPS Wireless Dog Fence system operates by establishing a circular boundary around a central point using GPS technology. This allows for flexible outdoor use without the need for buried wires or physical fences. The system provides adjustable warning strengths (beep, vibration, or shock) to guide your dog back into the safe zone if they attempt to cross the set boundary. The control distance can be adjusted to suit various outdoor spaces, from 65 feet up to 3281 feet radius.

Setup Guide
1. Attaching Contact Probes
Screw the metal contact probes onto the device. Two sets of different length nodes are provided for long-haired or short-haired dogs. Silicone covers can be used to decrease the vibration or shock sensation on the skin for more sensitive dogs.
2. Charging the Device
Connect the USB cable to the DC IN port on the device for charging. It is important not to turn off the device after use and prior to recharging, as this will clear your settings. The device will automatically save the set distance and alarm mode when shut down.
3. Powering On and Satellite Acquisition
Long press the power button (lightning bolt icon) on the top of the device for at least 3 seconds to turn it on. The screen will display the battery charge level. The flickering '00' icons indicate that the device is searching for satellite signals. Once the '00' display becomes steady, the device has picked up satellites and is ready for positioning. The two-digit number will then display the number of satellites detected and in use. For normal function, the device needs to indicate 6 or more satellites. If it displays less than 6, it will continue to search until it finds enough satellites. If it cannot find enough satellites, an error icon will display, indicating a weak GPS signal, and you may need to move to a more open location with fewer barriers.
4. Setting Boundary Distance
Long press the 'M' button to enter the distance setting mode. Flashing numbers from '02' to '99' will appear. Use the up and down arrows to toggle through these numbers. The distance unit used by this product is 10 meters. For example, '02' means 20 meters, and '20' means 200 meters. Once you have settled on a desired distance number, the device will accept it after 5 seconds of pausing on that number.
5. Setting Warning Modes
Short press the 'M' button to toggle through the three types of stimulus or signal modes: Sound, Vibration, and Shock. The upper portion of the screen will display an emoji indicating the current setting.
- Sound Mode: Use the up and down arrows to set the sound to '0' (off) or '1' (on).
- Vibration Mode: Select from '0' (off) to '3' (highest level) using the up and down arrows.
- Shock Mode: Set anywhere from '0' (off) to '10' (highest intensity level) using the up and down arrows. If using the shock function, always start with the lowest intensity level and test the boundary with your dog to gauge their sensitivity.

Operating Instructions
When your pet goes beyond the set range, the vibration or shock will activate and continue for 16 seconds non-stop, followed by a 30-second pause. This cycle will automatically repeat three times. After three cycles, if the pet has not returned to the safe area, the beeping will continue, but the vibration and shock modes will cease to protect your pet. The system will suspend until the dog returns to the safe area.

Training Your Dog
Once the device is set up, you will need to conduct training sessions with your dog to help them understand what is expected. Start by putting your dog on a leash and walking them along the perimeter of the boundary. Place flags along the boundary as visual markers to enhance your dog's understanding. Expect to work with your dog for 7 to 10 sessions, each up to 3 hours long, in the same location before your dog begins to understand their boundary limitations.
When your dog approaches the boundary, the device will activate the warning signal. Guide your dog back into the safe area. Your dog should not be punished by the sensation; it is simply a reminder signal. You want the dog to notice it but not show any signs of discomfort. Be patient with your dog during training. Realize that every dog is unique, and the time necessary for your dog to understand what you want from them will vary. Following these simple steps and repeating them frequently will increase the chances of your dog's success.

Important Notes & Maintenance
- The equipment is an electronic wireless dog training fence with signal sending and receiving functions. You do not need to enclose the pet's activity control area with physical markers like flagpoles or drawn lines on the ground.
- The minimum control radius distance of the device is 65 ft, making it suitable for open field areas or farms, not very small yards.
- The device is moderately waterproof (IPX5 rated) but not designed for underwater use. It's okay for your dog to wear it in light rain, but they should not go swimming with it on.
- The accuracy of GPS depends on environmental factors such as dense woods, high-rise buildings, cloudy weather, etc. The product is not intended for indoor use due to potential signal interference.
- Every time the device restarts or recharges, it will default to the new location as the starting point. When shut down, the system will automatically save the set distance and alarm mode.
- We recommend shutting down the device every 4-5 days to re-establish the center point and prevent boundary drift. If the device is turned off accidentally, the center point must be reset using the M mode boundary function.

Troubleshooting
- Weak GPS Signal: If the error icon displays or the satellite count is less than 6, move to a more open location with fewer obstructions like buildings or dense woods.
- Dog Not Responding to Stimulus: Ensure the contact probes are correctly attached and making good contact with your dog's skin. Adjust the intensity level of the vibration or shock gradually, starting from the lowest setting. Observe your dog's body language to ensure they notice the signal without showing discomfort.
- Boundary Drift: Regularly shut down and restart the device every 4-5 days to re-establish the center point and prevent boundary drift.
- Device Not Holding Charge: Ensure the charging cable is properly connected. If the battery does not hold a charge after several recharges, contact customer service.
