Setup
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the headset and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The Red LED will flash during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
Tip: If the headset will not be used for an extended period, charge it every two months to maintain battery health.
2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headset is powered off.
- Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, computer, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "HS008" from the list of found devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.
Dual Device Connection: This headset can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. After pairing with the first device, disable Bluetooth on the first device, then pair with the second device. Once the second device is paired, re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headset will automatically connect to both devices. You can then switch between them as needed.
Operating Instructions
Headset Controls:
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
- Volume Control: Use the + and - buttons to adjust the volume.
- Mute Microphone: Press the dedicated mute button to toggle the microphone on or off during calls.
- Answer/End Call: Press the Power button once to answer or end a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
- Play/Pause Music: Press the Power button once to play or pause music.
- Next/Previous Track: Use the + button for next track, - button for previous track (long press).
Microphone Adjustment:
The microphone arm is 270° rotatable and bendable, allowing you to position it optimally for clear voice pickup. Adjust it closer to your mouth for best results. The headset can be worn on either the left or right ear by rotating the microphone arm.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
