4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The charging case has a 500mAh battery, and each earbud has a 40mAh battery.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
3. The indicator light on the case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change or turn off.

A full charge provides up to 6.5 hours of music playback (ANC off) for the earbuds, and the charging case extends the total usage time to approximately 35 hours.

4.2. Pairing with a Device

The Infinix Buds Nc XE28 use Bluetooth V5.3 for a stable connection up to 10 meters (33 feet).

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Infinix Buds Nc XE28" from the list.
4. Once connected, a confirmation sound will play, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

• One-tap: Decrease Volume (Left earbud), Increase Volume (Right earbud)
• Double-tap: Play/Pause Music (Left/Right earbud), Answer/End Call (Left/Right earbud)

• Press and hold for 2 seconds: ANC On/Off/Voice Through (Left/Right earbud)

5.2. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)

The earbuds are equipped with advanced noise cancellation technologies.

• Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Reduces external ambient noise by up to 30dB, providing a more immersive listening experience. Activate or deactivate ANC using the touch controls.
• Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC): Features 4 built-in microphones to accurately pick up and enhance human voices while blocking out background noise during calls, ensuring clear communication.

5.3. Custom Sound Adjustment (Welife App)

For personalized audio settings and gesture control customization, download the Welife app. The app allows you to check the earbuds' status, set custom controls, and apply fine-tuned audio effects.

5.4. Audio Quality

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene:
