Maintenance
Cleaning
- Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
- Gently remove any earwax or debris from the earbud tips and speaker mesh using a small, clean brush or cotton swab.
Storage
When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, dirt, and physical damage. The included mini storage case provides additional protection for the charging case and earbuds.
Water Resistance
The earbuds are water-resistant, making them suitable for workouts and protection against splashes. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or swimming.
Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close it, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
- Only one earbud working: Try placing both earbuds back into the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again. This often resets their connection. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's specific reset instructions if available, or try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing).
- Low volume or poor sound quality: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Try different sized eartips for a better seal. Clean any debris from the speaker mesh. Check your device's volume settings.
- Charging issues: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging port is clean and free of debris. Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
- Intermittent connection: Ensure you are within the 10-meter Bluetooth range of your device. Avoid obstacles between the earbuds and your device that might interfere with the signal.
