Extension Table

Bobbin Winding

Before you begin sewing, you may need to wind thread onto an empty bobbin.

• Place an empty bobbin onto the bobbin winding spindle.
• Wrap the thread around the bobbin a few times, then push the spindle to the right.

2. Insert the wound bobbin into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds in the correct direction (usually counter-clockwise).
3. Pull the bobbin thread through the small slot in the bobbin case.
4. Hold the upper thread lightly, turn the handwheel towards you to lower and raise the needle, catching the bobbin thread.
5. Pull both upper and lower threads under the presser foot and towards the back of the machine.
