3.2 Controls and Indicators

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

  2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "DW Helium" from the list of found devices.
  5. Once paired, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly or turn solid blue.
  6. The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

5. Operation

5.1 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

5.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

  • Press the ANC button to activate Active Noise Cancellation. The ANC indicator light will turn on.
  • Press the ANC button again to deactivate Active Noise Cancellation. The ANC indicator light will turn off.

5.3 Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function Button (MFB) once.
  • Next Track: Long press the Volume Up button.
  • Previous Track: Long press the Volume Down button.
  • Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
  • Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.

5.4 Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function Button (MFB) once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function Button (MFB) for 2 seconds.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
