Setup and Assembly Instructions
Assembly is required for this product. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Please refer to the included detailed assembly diagram for specific part identification and step-by-step instructions.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each part using the provided hardware list and diagrams.
- Install Wheels or Fixed Feet: Decide whether you prefer a mobile or stationary island. Attach the 5 universal wheels (4 lockable) to the bottom of the main cabinet for mobility, ensuring the lockable wheels are positioned for easy access. Alternatively, attach the 6 fixed cabinet feet for a stationary setup.
- Assemble Main Cabinet Frame: Follow the numerical sequence in the assembly diagram to connect the side panels, back panel, and base using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are snug.
- Install Drawers: Assemble the two large drawers according to the instructions. Install the drawer slides into the cabinet frame, then insert the assembled drawers.
- Attach Drop Leaf: Secure the drop leaf countertop extension to the main countertop using the hinges and support mechanism provided. Test its movement to ensure it folds and extends smoothly.
- Install Tilt-Out Trash Can Mechanism: Assemble and install the tilt-out mechanism within the designated cabinet section. Ensure it operates freely.
- Insert Adjustable Shelves: Place the adjustable shelves into the cabinet sections at your desired height.
- Attach Spice Rack and Towel Rack: Secure the spice rack and towel rack to the side of the island as indicated in the diagram.
- Final Inspection: Once assembled, gently move the island to its desired location. Check all connections for tightness and stability.

Operating Instructions
Using the Drop Leaf
To extend the countertop, lift the drop leaf until it is level with the main countertop. Engage the support mechanism underneath to secure it in place. To fold it down, disengage the support and gently lower the leaf.
Utilizing the Tilt-Out Trash Can
The tilt-out cabinet is designed to discreetly store a trash can (up to 9 gallons, not included) or pet food. Pull the handle on the cabinet door to tilt the bin forward for easy access. Push it back into place to conceal the contents.
Accessing Drawers and Cabinets
The two large drawers provide convenient storage for utensils and smaller items. The lower cabinets feature adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize storage space for various kitchen essentials.
Moving and Locking Wheels
For mobility, ensure all wheel locks are disengaged. To secure the island in a stationary position, press down on the levers of the four lockable wheels until they click into place.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the engineered wood finish. For spills, wipe immediately to prevent staining.
General Care
Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability. Avoid placing hot items directly on the countertop without protection. Use coasters or placemats to prevent heat damage or scratches.
Troubleshooting
- Island is Wobbly: Check all assembly screws and ensure they are fully tightened. Verify the island is on a level surface. If using wheels, ensure they are all making contact with the floor.
- Drawers Stick or Don't Close Smoothly: Ensure the drawer slides are properly aligned and free of obstructions. Check that the drawer is not overloaded.
- Drop Leaf Does Not Stay Up/Down: Inspect the support mechanism and hinges for any damage or misalignment. Ensure the support is fully engaged when extended.
- Wheels Not Locking: Check for debris in the wheel mechanism. Ensure the locking lever is fully depressed.
