4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the console. Connect the provided USB Data/Charging Cable to the Mini USB port on the console and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or computer USB port. Ensure the power adapter output is 5V 1A or less. The charging indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
4.2 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the screen illuminates.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power-off prompt appears, then confirm. Alternatively, a short press may bring up a menu to power off.
4.3 Inserting a TF Card
The console has 8GB of built-in memory and supports expandable storage up to 32GB via a TF (MicroSD) card. To insert a TF card:
- Locate the TF card slot on the side of the console (refer to Figure 3.2).
- Gently insert the TF card into the slot until it clicks into place.

5. Operating Instructions
The X7 Plus features a customized operating system with English as the default language. It includes convenient save and load features for game progress.
5.1 General Navigation
Use the directional pad and analog sticks to navigate through menus and select options. The 'SELECT' and 'START' buttons perform various functions depending on the context.
5.2 Playing Games
The console comes preloaded with approximately 10,000 classic games and supports various game formats including PS1, MAME, FBA, NEOGEO, GBA, GBC, GB, NES, SNES, and MD.
- Accessing Games: Not all games are displayed on the main screen. To view the full library, navigate to the "Games" folder within the system menu.
- Saving/Loading Game Progress: During gameplay, press the 'ESC' button to access the system menu. From this menu, you can save your game state, load a previously saved state, or adjust controls. After making selections, choose "return to game" to continue playing.
- Button Mapping: In the operating system menus, the 'B' button may function as 'A' and 'A' as 'B'. This behavior typically does not apply within games. If a game requires L2/R2 buttons, and the console only has L1/R1, remapping may be necessary within the game's settings or the console's system menu if supported.
- Downloading Games: You can connect the console to a PC via the USB cable to transfer compatible game files to the device's memory or an inserted TF card.

- Music Player: Supports MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, WAV formats.
