1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Gmconn 700lm and 800lm Flashlight Bundle. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use, installation, operation, and maintenance of your new flashlights. Please read this manual thoroughly before use and retain it for future reference.

2. Product Overview

This bundle includes two high-performance LED flashlights: a 700 lumen model and an 800 lumen model, the latter featuring an integrated green laser. Both units are designed for rail mounting and offer durable construction.

2.1 Components (800lm Model Shown)

3. Safety Information

WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in serious injury.

  • Laser Safety (800lm Model): The integrated laser has a power output of less than 5mW and is classified as Class IIIa. Avoid direct eye exposure to the laser beam. Do not stare into the beam.
  • Flashlight Safety: Do not shine the flashlight directly into eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Battery Safety: The device uses a Lithium battery. Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or service the battery. Dispose of batteries according to local regulations.
  • Water Resistance: This product is NOT WATER RESISTANT. Avoid exposure to water or high humidity.
  • Heat: The flashlight may become warm during prolonged use. The 'HOT' indicator on the device serves as a warning.

4. Setup and Installation

Both flashlights are designed for quick and secure attachment to standard 21mm Picatinny rails with slots.

4.1 Rail Compatibility

  • Ensure your rail is a standard 21mm Picatinny rail with slots.
  • The device is not compatible with rails without slots or non-standard rail dimensions.

4.2 Mounting Instructions

  1. Loosen the rail clamp mechanism on the flashlight.
  2. Slide the flashlight onto the Picatinny rail from the front or rear.
  3. Adjust the slidable rail adapter to position the flashlight for optimal button access. The rail can be adjusted forward or backward.
  4. Tighten the rail clamp securely to prevent movement during use.

5. Operating Instructions

Both flashlights feature ambidextrous switch buttons for easy activation.

5.1 Flashlight Operation (Both Models)

  • Press the switch button once to turn the flashlight ON.
  • Press the switch button again to turn the flashlight OFF.

5.2 Laser Operation (800lm Model Only)

  • The 800lm model includes a green laser. Specific instructions for activating the laser independently or in conjunction with the flashlight are typically provided with the product. Refer to the packaging or included quick start guide for detailed mode selection.
  • The laser can often be adjusted for windage and elevation using small hex screws (hex keys are typically included, as seen in Figure 7.1).

6. Charging

The flashlights are equipped with internal rechargeable batteries.

  1. Locate the charging port on the flashlight (refer to Figure 2.2).
  2. Connect the provided charging cable to the flashlight's charging port and to a suitable USB power source.
  3. The charging indicator (refer to Figure 2.2) will illuminate to show charging status. It typically changes color or turns off when fully charged.
  4. Allow sufficient time for a full charge.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Lens Care: Gently clean the LED lens with a lens cloth to maintain optimal light output.
  • Storage: Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the flashlight regularly, even if not frequently used. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods.

8. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Flashlight does not turn on. Battery is discharged. Charge the flashlight using the provided cable.
Light output is dim. Low battery or dirty lens. Charge the battery. Clean the LED lens.
Flashlight is loose on the rail. Rail clamp is not tightened. Ensure the rail clamp is securely tightened.
Laser (800lm model) is not working. Battery discharged or incorrect mode selected. Charge the battery. Refer to specific operating instructions for mode selection.
