3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Screwdriver

1. Locate the Type-C charging port at the base of the screwdriver.
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the screwdriver and a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
3. The charging indicator light at the tail of the screwdriver will illuminate. It will flash red for 10 seconds when the battery level is below 20% and turn green when fully charged.
4. Allow approximately 2-3 hours for a full charge. Disconnect the cable once charging is complete.

3.2 Inserting Screwdriver Bits

1. Select the appropriate S2-Steel magnetic bit from the bits storage box for your task.
2. Insert the bit firmly into the magnetic chuck at the front of the screwdriver. The magnetic chuck will hold the bit securely.
3. To remove, simply pull the bit straight out.

3.3 Using the Extension Rod and Magnetizer

• Extension Rod: For reaching screws in deep or narrow spaces, insert the extension rod into the magnetic chuck first, then insert the desired bit into the extension rod.
• Magnetizer: If a bit loses some of its magnetic properties over time, use the included magnetizer to re-magnetize it. Pass the bit through the '+' opening to magnetize, and through the '-' opening to demagnetize.

4. Operation

4.1 Powering On/Off and Direction Control

The screwdriver operates by pressing the forward or reverse buttons. There is no separate power on/off switch; the tool is active when a button is pressed.

• Press the upper button (usually marked with an arrow pointing forward) to drive screws in (clockwise rotation).
• Press the lower button (usually marked with an arrow pointing backward) to loosen screws (counter-clockwise rotation).
• The screwdriver features an instant stop function; releasing the button immediately stops the rotation.

4.2 Torque Adjustment

The screwdriver features a 5-gear precise torque adjustment mechanism, allowing you to select the appropriate torque for different tasks.

1. Locate the rotary knob at the top of the screwdriver, just below the bit chuck.
2. Rotate the knob to select one of the five torque settings (marked 1 to 5).
3. Setting 1 provides the lowest torque, suitable for delicate tasks, while setting 5 provides the maximum electric torque of 5N.m for more demanding applications.

4.3 Manual Mode Operation

For tasks requiring higher torque or precise control, the screwdriver can be used in manual mode.

• When the electric motor is not engaged, the screwdriver can be manually rotated to tighten or loosen screws.
• In manual mode, the screwdriver can achieve a maximum torque of 8N.m.

4.4 LED Shadowless Light

The integrated 360° LED shadowless light automatically illuminates the work area when the screwdriver is in operation.

• The four light beads provide bright, even illumination, reducing shadows in dark environments.
• The light will automatically turn off approximately 5 seconds after operation ceases to conserve battery power.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Always disconnect the screwdriver from any charging source before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the screwdriver with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Ensure no moisture enters the charging port or other openings.
• Clean the screwdriver bits regularly to remove debris and ensure proper fit.

5.2 Storage

• Store the screwdriver and all accessories in the provided portable storage bag.
• Keep the kit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Store out of reach of children.

5.3 Battery Care

• To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
• If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months.
• Do not attempt to open or replace the internal battery.
