3. Setup

3.1 Initial Inspection

Upon unboxing, carefully inspect the guitar for any visible damage. Check that all components are securely fastened. The guitar is shipped with strings, but a fresh set is recommended for optimal performance.

3.2 Tuning

Use an electronic tuner to accurately tune your guitar. The standard tuning for a 6-string guitar is E-A-D-G-B-E (from thickest to thinnest string).

• 3-Way Pickup Selector Switch: This switch allows you to select different pickup configurations:

• Position 2 (Middle): Activates both neck and bridge pickups for a balanced, articulate sound.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning will preserve your guitar's finish and components. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe down the body, neck, and hardware after each use. For a deeper clean, use guitar-specific cleaning solutions. Avoid abrasive cleaners or household chemicals.

5.2 String Replacement

Strings should be replaced regularly, depending on playing frequency and sweat acidity. Worn strings lose their tone and intonation. When replacing, change one string at a time to maintain neck tension. Use Nickel string material as specified for optimal performance.

5.3 Fretboard Care

The rosewood fingerboard benefits from occasional conditioning to prevent drying and cracking. Use a specialized fretboard conditioner every few months, or as needed, applying sparingly and wiping off excess.

5.4 Storage and Humidity

• No Sound or Weak Signal:
  • Check cable connections to the guitar and amplifier.
  • Ensure volume knob on guitar and amplifier are turned up.
  • Test with a different cable or amplifier to isolate the issue.
• Excessive Hum or Noise:
  • Single-coil pickups can naturally produce some hum; this is normal.
