5. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the compressor and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
2. Placement: Position the compressor on a firm, level surface in a clean, well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate space around the unit for air circulation.
3. Power Connection: Connect the compressor to a grounded 120V AC outlet. Ensure the power cord is not damaged or frayed.
4. Accessory Attachment:
   • Apply thread seal tape to the threads of any male quick plugs or fittings before attaching them to the air hose or tools.
   • Connect the air hose to the quick coupler on the compressor by pulling back the collar on the coupler, inserting the male plug on the hose, and releasing the collar.

6. Operation

1. Initial Start-up: Before first use, ensure the tank drain valve is closed. Plug in the compressor. The motor will start and build pressure in the tank. It will automatically shut off when maximum pressure (125 PSI) is reached.
2. Adjusting Output Pressure: Use the large regulator knob to adjust the output air pressure to suit your application. Turn clockwise to increase pressure, counter-clockwise to decrease. The 'TOOL PRESSURE' gauge indicates the regulated output pressure.
3. Using Air Tools: Once the desired pressure is set, operate your air tool according to its specific instructions. The compressor will cycle on and off automatically to maintain tank pressure.
4. Shutting Down: When finished, turn off the compressor by unplugging it from the power outlet.
5. Depressurizing: Before storing, release all air pressure from the tank by opening the tank drain valve or by activating an air tool until the tank pressure gauge reads zero.
