5. Operating Instructions
Loading Dishes:
- Scrape off large food particles from dishes before loading. Pre-rinsing is recommended for heavily soiled items.
- Place dishes in the racks, ensuring they do not block the spray arms.
- Load cups, glasses, and bowls upside down.
- Place cutlery in the provided cutlery basket, handles up for safety.
- The dishwasher can accommodate plates up to approximately 10.5 inches in diameter.
Adding Detergent:
- Use only powder or liquid dishwasher detergent. Do not use dish soap or pods designed for full-sized dishwashers.
- Add a small amount of detergent (typically 2-3 teaspoons) to the detergent dispenser.
- If using a rinse aid, add a small amount to the bottom of the dishwasher during the rinse cycle, as there is no dedicated dispenser.
Starting a Wash Cycle:
- Load dishes and add detergent.
- Ensure the water supply is ready (tank filled or faucet connected).
- Close the dishwasher door securely.
- Press the Power button to turn on the dishwasher.
- Select the desired wash program using the 'Mode' or program selection buttons.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle.
Drying Function:
The dishwasher includes a PTC hot air drying mode. After a wash cycle, the Hot Dry program can be selected to dry dishes and keep the interior fresh. This mode typically runs for 60 minutes. For extended freshness and to prevent odors, the dishwasher can enter a storage state (indicated by 'b' on the display) which includes 1 hour of drying followed by 72 hours of fresh air circulation. To activate this, press the 'Hot Dry' button.

- Twist and lift out the filter assembly.
- Rinse the filter under running water to remove any trapped food particles. Use a brush if necessary.
- Reassemble the filter and place it back into the dishwasher, ensuring it is securely locked in place.
Cleaning the Interior:
- Periodically wipe down the interior surfaces with a damp cloth.
- Clean the metal part at the bottom of the dishwasher to prevent residue buildup.
- For stubborn stains or odors, run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or a cup of white vinegar.
Exterior Cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior of the dishwasher with a soft, damp cloth.
