3. Setup

3.1 Assembly

The paint sprayer is designed for easy assembly and disassembly. To assemble, align the front spray head unit with the motor housing and rotate until it locks securely. To disassemble, pull the switch button forward and rotate the spray head unit to detach it.

3.2 Paint Preparation and Filling

Proper paint preparation is crucial for optimal spraying performance. Use the included viscosity cup to dilute your paint to the recommended consistency. Pour the prepared paint into the 1200ml high-capacity container.

3.3 Nozzle Selection and Spray Pattern Adjustment

Select the appropriate nozzle size (1mm, 1.8mm, 2.5mm, or 3.0mm) based on the paint type and desired finish. The sprayer supports three spray patterns: horizontal, vertical, and circular. Rotate the air cap to switch between these patterns.
