2. Safety Instructions
Please read all safety instructions carefully before using the charger. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Do not immerse the charger or its components in water or other liquids.
- Do not use the charger if it is damaged, frayed, or has exposed wiring.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the charger. Contact qualified personnel for service.
- Ensure the power outlet used is properly grounded and rated for the charger's specifications (230V, 16A).
- Keep the charging cable away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, and moving parts.
- Always ensure the charging connector is fully inserted into the vehicle's charging port before initiating charging.

4. Setup
The Evjuicion EV Charger is designed for plug-and-charge simplicity. Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect: Check the charger, cable, and connectors for any visible damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Placement: Choose a dry, well-ventilated area for charging. While the charger is weather-resistant, protecting it from direct heavy rain or snow is recommended for longevity.
- Optional Wall Mounting: If desired, use the provided expansion screws to mount the control box to a wall. Ensure the mounting surface is sturdy enough to support the charger's weight.
5. Operating Instructions
Operating your Evjuicion EV Charger is straightforward.
- Connect to Power: Plug the Schuko plug (Type F) of the charger into a standard 16A household power outlet. The intelligent LED indicator on the control box will illuminate, showing the charger is in standby mode.
- Connect to Vehicle: Open your electric vehicle's charging port cover. Insert the Type 2 connector firmly into the vehicle's charging port until it clicks into place.
- Initiate Charging: Once both ends are securely connected, the charger will automatically begin the charging process. The LED indicator will show the charging status.
- Green LED Flashing: Indicates charging is in progress.
- Solid Green LED: Indicates charging is complete.
- Red LED: Indicates an error or safety issue. Refer to the Troubleshooting section.
- Monitor Charging: The charger's display provides real-time information on the charging status.
- End Charging: Once charging is complete (solid green LED), first disconnect the Type 2 connector from your vehicle. Then, unplug the Schuko plug from the power outlet.
- Storage: Store the charger and cable in the provided portable bag and black storage box to keep them clean and organized.

6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your Evjuicion EV Charger.
- Cleaning: Wipe the charger and cable with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and ensure the unit is completely dry before next use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Cable Care: The TPU cable is designed for durability, resisting abrasion and tangles. Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable. Do not drive over the cable.
- Storage: When not in use, coil the cable neatly and store the charger in its portable bag and storage box in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect the cable, plugs, and control box for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. If any damage is found, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.

7. Troubleshooting
