5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Setting a Countdown Timer
- Press the T1, T2, or T3 button to select the desired timing channel. The selected channel's display will flash.
- Press the HR button to set hours, MIN for minutes, and SEC for seconds. Hold down the buttons for faster adjustment.
- Press the ST/SP button to start the countdown. The timer will begin counting down, and a small triangle icon will appear next to the active channel.
- To pause the countdown, press ST/SP again. Press it once more to resume.
- When the countdown reaches zero, an alarm will sound, and a red light will flash. The timer will then automatically start counting up (stopwatch mode) to show elapsed time since the alarm.
- To stop the alarm and clear the timer, press the Clear button.
5.2 Using the Stopwatch Function
- Ensure the desired channel (T1, T2, or T3) is cleared (displaying 0:00:00). If not, select the channel and press Clear.
- Press the ST/SP button to start the stopwatch. The timer will begin counting up from 0:00:00.
- To pause the stopwatch, press ST/SP again. Press it once more to resume.
- To reset the stopwatch to 0:00:00, press the Clear button while the stopwatch is paused or running.
