3. Initial Setup and Assembly
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the frying basket, non-stick inner pot, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The lid and basket are dishwasher safe.
- Assemble: Place the non-stick inner pot into the main unit. Insert the frying basket into the inner pot. Ensure the foldable handle washer is firmly fixed, with the washer located at the top, or listen for a "click" sound after the handle is in place.
- Connect Power: Plug the detachable power cord into the back of the deep fryer, then into a grounded electrical outlet. The red power indicator light will illuminate.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adding Oil
Pour cooking oil (e.g., vegetable, canola, peanut oil) into the non-stick inner pot. Ensure the oil level is between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated inside the pot. Do not overfill or underfill.

4.2 Setting Temperature
Turn the temperature control dial to your desired frying temperature. The green 'Ready' indicator light will illuminate while the oil is heating. It will turn off once the set temperature is reached, indicating the fryer is ready for use.

4.3 Frying Food
- Once the green light turns off, carefully place food into the frying basket. Do not overload the basket.
- Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil. Close the lid to prevent oil splashes. The viewing window allows you to monitor the cooking process.
- Fry until food is golden brown and cooked through.
- Carefully lift the basket out of the oil and allow excess oil to drain.
- Remove food from the basket and place on paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.

5. Cleaning and Storage
5.1 Cleaning
- Cool Down: Always allow the deep fryer and oil to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove Oil: Carefully pour cooled oil into a suitable container for disposal or reuse.
- Disassemble: Remove the lid, frying basket, and non-stick inner pot from the main unit.
- Wash Components: The detachable lid and stainless steel frying basket can be placed in a dishwasher for cleaning. The non-stick inner pot can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the non-stick coating.
- Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit or power cord in water.
- Dry: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

5.2 Storage
Store the clean and dry deep fryer in a cool, dry place. The foldable handle on the basket allows for compact storage.
