3. Setup and Wearing Instructions

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the controller and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).

• The battery indicator on the controller will show charging status.
• A full charge provides approximately 2 hours of runtime.

3.2 Attaching the Controller to the Wristband

The controller is magnetically detachable. To attach it, align the magnetic contacts on the back of the controller with the corresponding area on the wristband. Ensure it clicks securely into place.

3.3 Wearing the Wrist Massager

The wrist massager can be worn in multiple ways to target different areas of the wrist and palm. It is suitable for both left and right hands.

1. For Wrist: Thread your thumb through the finger loop. Wrap the band across the back of your hand and around your wrist. Adjust the tightness using the Velcro strap.
2. For Palm: Thread your thumb through the finger loop. Wrap the band around your palm, ensuring the massage elements are positioned over the desired area. Adjust the tightness using the Velcro strap.

4. Operating Instructions

Once the device is securely worn and charged, you can begin using its massage and heat functions.

4.1 Power On/Off

• Press and hold the Power button on the controller to turn the device ON or OFF.
• The display will illuminate when the device is on.

4.2 Adjusting Heat Settings

The device offers multiple heat levels for personalized comfort.

• Press the Heat button (often indicated by a wavy line or temperature icon) to cycle through available heat levels.
• The display will show the current temperature setting.
• The graphene heating element provides rapid heating within 3 seconds.

4.3 Selecting Massage Modes and Intensity

The device features 5 massage modes and 9 intensity levels.

• Press the Mode button (often indicated by a waveform icon) to cycle through the 5 available massage modes (e.g., Relax, Tighten, Intensify, Knead, Jitter, Punch).
• Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the massage intensity from 1 to 9.
• The display will show the current mode and intensity level.

5. Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your FXNFXLA Wrist Massager.

• Cleaning: Disconnect the controller from the wristband. Wipe the wristband with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not immerse the controller in water. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembly or storage.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
