1. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before assembly and operation of your HOSAUNA Outdoor Infrared Sauna. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage.

• Electrical Safety: Ensure the sauna is connected to a properly grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords. Keep all electrical components dry.

3. Setup Instructions

Assembly typically requires two people. Follow these steps carefully for proper installation.

3.1. Site Preparation

Choose a flat, stable, and dry outdoor location for your sauna. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and access.

3.2. Assembly Steps

1. Install the Backplane: Place the mounting plate on the prepared surface. Carefully lift and position the back panel onto the mounting plate, ensuring it is stable.
2. Install Side Shields Plate: Attach the left and right side panels to the back panel, securing them with the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are firm.
3. Install the Door Panel: Carefully lift and install the front panel, which includes the tempered glass door, connecting it to the side panels.
4. Install the Seat Plate: Slide the seat plate into its designated slots inside the sauna.
5. Wiring Connections: Connect all internal wiring harnesses for the heating panels, lights, and speakers. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly matched. Refer to the wiring diagrams in the video for specific connections.
6. Install the Top Plate: Carefully lift and place the roof panel onto the assembled sauna structure. Secure it with the appropriate screws.
7. Secure Supporting Parts: Install any remaining supporting parts at the bottom of the sauna using the reserved holes and screws to enhance stability.

4. Operating Instructions

Your HOSAUNA Infrared Sauna is designed for ease of use with its LCD control panel and app control features.

4.1. Powering On/Off

• Ensure the sauna is properly plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.
• Press the Power button (A) on the LCD control panel to turn the sauna on or off.

4.2. Temperature and Time Control

• Use the Temperature adjustment keys (C) to set your desired temperature, up to 140°F (60°C). The current temperature is displayed in window (J).
• Use the Time adjustment keys (B) to set your desired session duration. The remaining time is displayed in window (K).
• Allow 20-30 minutes for the sauna to reach the set temperature.

4.3. Special Features

• Foot Heating: Activate the independently adjustable bottom heating plate using the Foot heating button (D).
• Lighting: Press the Colored lamp button (E) to cycle through 7 LED mood lights or set a fixed color. Use the Lighting lamp button (F) for the LED reading light.
• Bluetooth Audio: Connect your smartphone to the sauna's Bluetooth speakers. Use the Volume control button (G) and Music selection button (H) to manage audio playback.
• App Control: Download the dedicated app to control your sauna remotely. This allows for remote power on/off, temperature/time adjustments, and reservation settings.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your HOSAUNA sauna.

• Cleaning Wood Surfaces: Wipe down the interior and exterior wood surfaces with a clean, damp cloth after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-toxic wood cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Cleaning Glass: Use a standard glass cleaner for the tempered glass door and windows.
• Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around the sauna to prevent moisture buildup.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check all electrical connections and hardware to ensure they are secure.
