1. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Maximum Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight recommendation of 1000 lbs for the bed frame.
• Hydraulic Lift System: Exercise caution when operating the hydraulic lift system to prevent injury. Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts. Ensure the mattress is removed before attempting to lift the frame for the first time or if the lifting mechanism feels stiff.
• Assembly: Assembly requires two adults. Ensure all components are securely fastened before use.
• Children: Keep children away from the bed frame during assembly and operation of the hydraulic lift.

3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended to have two people for easier and safer assembly. An Allen key is included; additional tools are not typically required.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the parts list in your included manual to identify each piece.
2. Assemble the Headboard: Attach the headboard wings to the main headboard section using the provided hardware. Ensure the charging station is correctly oriented.
3. Connect Side Rails and Footboard: Securely attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the designated bolts and brackets. Do not fully tighten all bolts until the frame is completely assembled.
4. Install Hydraulic Lifting Mechanism: Carefully install the hydraulic lifting arms to the bed frame according to the detailed diagrams in your physical instruction manual. Ensure the protective lifting device is correctly positioned to prevent accidental closure.
5. Attach Slats: Place the wooden slats onto the bed frame. The unique buckle design allows for quick and easy assembly. Ensure all slats are firmly clicked into place to provide stable support.

6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts.
7. Place Mattress: Position your mattress (8-12 inches thick recommended) onto the assembled slat base.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Hydraulic Lift Storage

The bed frame features a hydraulic lift system to access the under-bed storage compartment.

• To Open: Grasp the fabric handle located at the foot of the bed. Gently lift the mattress and frame upwards. The hydraulic mechanism will assist in lifting and holding the bed base in an open position.
• To Close: Apply gentle downward pressure on the bed frame until the hydraulic system fully retracts, lowering the bed base back into its closed position. Ensure no items are obstructing the closing mechanism.
• Storage Capacity: The 10.8-inch deep storage compartment is suitable for items such as suitcases, storage bags, and seasonal bedding.

4.2. Charging Station

The headboard includes an integrated charging hub for convenience.

• Features: The charging station is equipped with 2 AC outlets (110V/12A), 1 USB-A port (5V/2A), and 1 Type-C port (5V/2A).
• Usage: Plug the bed frame's power cord into a standard wall outlet. Connect your electronic devices to the appropriate ports on the headboard for charging.

5. Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your bed frame.

• Cleaning Fabric: The upholstered fabric should be dry cleaned only. For minor spills, gently blot with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Frame Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary.
• Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system is designed for long-term use and generally requires no maintenance. If you notice any issues with lifting or lowering, ensure the mechanism is clear of obstructions.
• Noise Reduction: The bed frame is designed with noise-reducing foam. If squeaking occurs, check for loose connections or friction points between metal components.
