5. Setup and Assembly
Assembly of your Couchus sofa is designed to be straightforward. Please follow these steps:
5.1 Unpacking and Cushion Expansion
- Carefully open the packaging. Identify all components and hardware.
- Remove the vacuum-packed cushions from their bags. The cushions will take approximately 48-72 hours to fully expand to their original state. Gently pat and fluff them to aid in the expansion process.

5.2 Frame Assembly
Refer to the included instruction sheet for detailed diagrams. The main components include armrests, seat frames, back brackets, and connectors.
- Attach the wooden legs to the bottom of the armrests.
- Connect the front seat frame connector between the two front panels using the provided bolts and butterfly nuts.
- Install the middle legs (G and H) to the seat frame.
- Insert the front panels into the buckles on the inside of the armrests, ensuring they are secure.
- Push the seat frames into the bottom buckles beside the armrests.
- Connect the back frame connector between the two back brackets using the provided bolts and butterfly nuts.
- Install the back brackets from the buckles on both sides and push them into the bottom.
- Secure the backrest cover (S) by fitting the Velcro to the corresponding part under the backrest.
