Setup
- Choose a Stable Location: Place the incubator on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heating/cooling vents. Ensure the room temperature is stable.
- Assemble Egg Trays: Select the appropriate egg tray (18-cell for standard eggs like chicken/quail, or 8-cell for larger eggs like goose/duck) and place it inside the incubator base.
- Connect Power: Plug the power supply cord into the incubator and then into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Pre-Run Verification: Before placing eggs, run the incubator empty for 24 hours to verify that the temperature and humidity settings are stable and accurate.
- Install Water Container: Install the water container in Area B even without water to prevent internal humidity leakage. Refer to the humidity control section for filling instructions.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview

- Temperature Display: Shows current internal temperature. Switchable between °C/°F.
- Humidity Display: Shows current internal humidity percentage.
- Hatching Days Display: Tracks the number of incubation days.
- Egg Turning Countdown: Indicates time until the next automatic egg turn.
- Buttons: Used for setting temperature, hatch days, egg turning interval, and unit reset.
Temperature Control
The incubator automatically maintains a temperature range of 68–104°F. You can set your desired temperature using the control panel. An alarm will notify you of any significant temperature deviations (±2°F).

Humidity Control
The system automatically maintains humidity between 40-80%. Water can be added through designated ports without opening the lid. An alarm will sound if humidity falls below 40%.
- For the first 18 days of incubation, add water into Port A.
- For the final 3 days (lockdown period), increase humidity to 65-75% by adding water into both Port A and Port B.

Automatic Egg Turning
The incubator features an automatic egg turning system. You can select turning intervals of 60, 120, or 180 minutes. The system will automatically stop turning eggs 3 days before the expected hatch date.

Egg Candling
Use the built-in LED egg candler to observe the development of the embryos. This allows you to identify and remove infertile or non-developing eggs early, maximizing the chances for viable eggs.
- Day 5-6: Select fertilized eggs.
- Day 11-12: Check egg development.
- Day 16-17: Check egg embryo development.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each hatch, remove any eggshells or debris. Disinfect the incubator thoroughly to prevent bacterial growth. The egg trays are removable for easy cleaning under running water.
- Storage: When not in use, ensure the incubator is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting
- Low Humidity: If humidity is consistently low, ensure the lid is properly locked, all ventilation vents are closed, and the water container in Area B is installed (even if empty to prevent leakage). Avoid placing the incubator in overly ventilated areas. You may also try covering small holes on the incubator with tape to help retain humidity, as suggested by some users.
- Temperature Fluctuations: Ensure the incubator is placed in a location with stable ambient temperature, away from drafts or direct heat sources. Verify the temperature by running the incubator empty for 24 hours before use. If the display shows a high temperature but the internal temperature is low, contact support.
- Poor Hatch Rate: Ensure proper egg selection (fertile eggs), consistent temperature and humidity, and correct egg turning. Avoid opening the lid, especially after Day 18, to maintain stable conditions.
