4. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.

  • Battery Care: Always fully charge the scooter before its first use. Regularly check the battery and charger for any signs of damage or malfunction. Avoid charging in poorly ventilated or flammable areas. Ensure the battery is adequately charged before embarking on long rides.
  • Riding on Slopes: When riding on uneven terrain or slopes, initiate at lower speeds to protect the motor from excessive strain.
  • Water Exposure: While the scooter is designed to be water-resistant, avoid submerging it in water for extended periods to prevent damage to electronic components.
  • Pre-Ride Inspection: Before each ride, inspect the brakes, tires, and lights to ensure they are in proper working condition. Check tire pressure if applicable (solid tires do not require inflation).

5. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter.

5.1 Bluetooth Connection Issues

If the mobile application fails to connect via Bluetooth, check the connection piece located under the handlebars. In some cases, this piece may be partially covered by sealant. Carefully remove any obstruction and ensure the connection is secure. Reconnecting this piece has been shown to resolve Bluetooth connectivity problems.
