4. Setup & Installation

Tools Required: Pencil, Drill, Level, Stud Finder (for wood studs), Phillips Head Screwdriver, Socket Wrench, Measuring Tape.

4.1. Prepare the TV Brackets

1. Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
2. Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
3. Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's mounting holes.
4. Attach the two TV brackets to the back of your TV, ensuring they are centered and level. The quick release cords should hang freely at the bottom. Do not overtighten.

4.2. Prepare the Wall

1. Determine the desired height for your TV. Mark the center point on the wall.
2. For Wood Stud Walls: Use a stud finder to locate the edges of two adjacent wood studs. Mark the center of each stud. The wall plate must be mounted to at least two studs.
3. For Concrete/Brick Walls: Ensure the wall is solid.

4.4. Hang the TV

1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV (with attached TV brackets) and hook the TV brackets onto the top edge of the wall plate.
2. Gently lower the TV until the TV brackets engage with the wall plate. You should hear a click as the automatic spring locks engage.
3. Pull the quick release cords downwards to ensure the TV is securely locked into place. Release the cords.
4. Visually inspect that the TV is level and securely mounted.
