Setup and Assembly

1. Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove the bike and all accessories from the original packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. It is recommended to take photos of the original packaging and all accessories upon receipt.
Video 1: Comprehensive installation guide for the electric bike, covering all assembly steps.
2. Install Parking Rack
Use a 5mm hex wrench from the toolkit to remove the parking stand screws. Place the parking stand in the designated frame position and securely lock the screws.
3. Install the Front Wheel
Remove the nut from one side of the quick-release axle. Pass the quick-release axle through the front wheel hub. Place the tapered spring end safety hook on the other side and lock the nut in place. Use a 17mm open-end wrench to remove the front fork protective rod. Remove the orange brake protector. Lift the front fork and carefully place the front wheel, ensuring the disc rotor is aligned with the disc brake caliper. Hook the safety hook onto the front fork and tighten the load handle.
4. Install the Front Wheel Fender
Remove the fender screws from the front fork. Place the fender onto the frame. Install the front light onto the fender and lock the screws securely.
5. Installing the Handlebars
Adjust the handlebars to your preferred angle. Use a 5mm hexagonal screwdriver to unscrew the four screws on the handlebar clamp. Place the handlebars onto the stem, pre-install the four screws, but do not tighten them fully. Adjust the handlebar angle first, then tighten the screws. Ensure the front wheel is aligned with the frame in a straight line before fully tightening the torque tube screws.
6. Installing the Footboard (Pedals)
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The pedal marked 'L' is for the left side and tightens counter-clockwise using a 15mm open-end wrench. The pedal marked 'R' is for the right side and tightens clockwise. Ensure they are securely fastened.
7. Check All Functions
After assembly, perform a comprehensive check of all functions. This includes checking the transmission, index shifting, and front light operation. Ensure the battery is properly installed and charged.
