Maintenance

  • Regular Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric and metal frame regularly with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely to prevent mildew and rust.
  • Fabric Care: The polyester fabric is designed to resist fading. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.
  • Frame Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Tighten any loose hardware.
  • Winter Storage: For prolonged lifespan, especially in regions with harsh winters, it is recommended to disassemble and store the gazebo indoors during the off-season.
  • Weather Precautions: Always follow the safety guidelines regarding extreme weather conditions.

Troubleshooting

  • Water Accumulation on Roof: The double roof design includes water leakage holes to prevent pooling. Ensure these are clear of debris. If water still accumulates, check the canopy tension.
  • Gazebo Instability: Verify that the gazebo is properly anchored using ground stakes or expansion bolts. Ensure all frame connections are tightened.
  • Curtains/Netting Not Sliding Smoothly: Check the tracks for any obstructions or debris. Ensure the hooks are correctly inserted into the tracks.
  • Wind Damage: In strong winds, always retract curtains and netting. If damage occurs, contact customer support for replacement parts.
