3. Setup and Installation

3.1. Pre-Installation Checks

• TV Compatibility: Verify your TV size is between 42 and 100 inches. Check your TV's VESA pattern (mounting hole distance on the back) to ensure it falls within 200x200mm to 800x600mm.
• Weight Capacity: Confirm your TV's weight does not exceed 200 lbs (90 kg).
• Wall Type: Identify your wall type (wood studs, concrete, or brick). The mount is compatible with wood studs spaced 8 to 32 inches apart.

3.2. Component Identification

3.3. Installation Steps (Summary)

1. Attach TV Brackets: Secure the vertical TV brackets to the back of your television using the appropriate screws and spacers. Ensure the brackets are centered and level. If your VESA pattern is greater than 400mm, assemble the extension brackets first.
2. Mark Wall and Drill Pilot Holes: Position the wall plate assembly on the wall at the desired height. Use the integrated bubble level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill points for the mounting screws. Drill pilot holes according to the wall type and hardware size.
3. Mount Wall Plate: Secure the wall plate assembly to the wall using the provided lag bolts and washers. Tighten all bolts firmly.
4. Hang TV: Carefully lift the television with the attached brackets and hook them onto the wall plate. Ensure the TV brackets are properly seated on the wall plate.
5. Secure TV: Engage the quick lock mechanism by pushing the bottom of the TV brackets upwards until they click into place. This secures the TV to the wall plate.

4.1. Quick Lock and Release Mechanism

• To Lock: After hanging the TV, push the bottom of the TV brackets upwards until you hear a "click." This indicates the spring locks have engaged, securing the TV to the wall plate.
• To Release: Locate the pulling cords at the bottom of the TV brackets. Gently pull these cords downwards to disengage the spring locks. With the locks released, carefully lift the TV off the wall plate.
