- Insert the SIM card and power on the device.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Network & internet.
- Choose Mobile network.
- Tap Advanced.
- Select Access Point Names.
- Tap the Menu icon (three dots) in the upper right corner.

Maintenance and Care
1. Rugged Design and IP68 Rating
The S22 Flip is designed to be rugged, featuring IP68 water, dust, and drop resistance. This means it can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, is protected against dust ingress, and can endure drops from a certain height. While durable, avoid intentional misuse or extreme conditions.

2. Battery Care
The phone includes a 2000mAh removable battery. To maximize battery lifespan:
- Use only the provided charger or a certified compatible charger.
- Avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures.
- Do not leave the phone charging for extended periods after it reaches 100%.
- If the phone will not be used for a long time, store it with approximately 50% charge.
3. Cleaning
To clean the device, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting
1. No LTE/4G Connectivity
If your phone is not connecting to 4G LTE, especially after inserting a previously used SIM card, refer to the "Network Configuration (APN Settings)" section under Setup Guide for detailed instructions on resetting APN settings.
2. SIM Card Not Detected
Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted into the slot. Power off the phone, re-insert the SIM card, and power it back on. If the issue persists, try the SIM card in another compatible device to rule out a faulty SIM card.
3. Short Battery Life
While the 2000mAh battery offers up to 11 hours of talk time and days of standby, heavy usage of apps, constant screen-on time, or poor network signal can reduce battery life. Try closing unused applications, reducing screen brightness, and disabling unnecessary features like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when not in use.
4. Slow Performance / Unresponsive Interface
The S22 Flip runs Android 11 (Go edition), which is optimized for efficiency. However, installing many applications or running multiple demanding apps simultaneously can affect performance. Try closing background apps, clearing app caches, or performing a factory reset if performance issues persist (back up data first).
