6. Maintenance

  • Keep the keyboard and mouse clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Connection Issues

  • Keyboard: Ensure the keyboard is unfolded and powered on. Verify that the correct operating system mode (Fn + Q/W/E) and Bluetooth channel (Fn + BT1/BT2/BT3) are selected. Re-enter pairing mode (Fn + C) and attempt to re-pair with your device.
  • Mouse: Check if the mouse is switched to the correct mode (Bluetooth or 2.4G). For Bluetooth, ensure it's in pairing mode (blinking light after holding DPI button). For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into your computer.
  • General: Ensure both devices are sufficiently charged. Move the devices closer to your host device to rule out range issues.

7.2 Keyboard Not Typing

  • Check the battery level and charge if necessary.
  • Confirm the keyboard is connected to the correct Bluetooth channel for your active device.
  • If the keyboard entered sleep mode, press any key to wake it up.

7.3 Mouse Not Moving/Responding

  • Check the battery level and charge if necessary. The mouse's battery may be exhausted due to long-term transportation; please charge it upon receipt.
  • Ensure the mouse is switched to the correct mode (Bluetooth or 2.4G) for your connection type.
  • For 2.4G mode, try unplugging and re-plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port.
  • If the mouse enters sleep mode, it typically wakes with a button press. If you experience frequent disconnections or issues waking, ensure your device's power saving settings are not aggressively suspending Bluetooth or USB devices.
