Safety Instructions

• Electrical Safety: Ensure the ice maker is connected to a properly grounded power outlet with the correct voltage (110V) and wattage (1100W) as specified. Do not use extension cords or adapters. Disconnect power before any cleaning or maintenance.

Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the performance and safety of your ice maker. It is recommended to have this unit installed by a qualified technician.

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage.
2. Placement: Choose a location with sufficient space for ventilation and access for maintenance. The unit dimensions are 33"D x 22"W x 63.6"H. Ensure the floor is level and strong enough to support the machine's weight.
3. Leveling: Use the adjustable feet at the bottom of the unit to ensure it is perfectly level. This is important for proper water drainage and ice production.
4. Water Connection:
   • Connect the water inlet pipe to a potable water supply.
   • Install the provided water filter in line with the water inlet.
   • Connect the drain hose to a suitable sink drainage outlet. Ensure proper slope for gravity drainage.
   • Connect the condensation outlet to a separate drain if applicable.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the "On/Off" button to start or stop the ice maker.
2. Ice Making Cycle: Once powered on and connected to water, the machine will automatically begin the ice-making process. It produces up to 600 LBS of ice per 24 hours. Each cycle produces approximately 238 pieces of ice in 8-15 minutes.
3. Adjusting Ice Thickness: Use the "Timer +" and "Timer -" buttons to adjust the ice cube thickness.
   • Thin Ice: 5-10 minutes per cycle.
   • Medium Ice: 10-15 minutes per cycle.
   • Thick Ice: 15-20 minutes per cycle.
4. Automatic Cleaning: Press the "Clean/De-icing" button to initiate the automatic cleaning function. This cycle typically runs for 20 minutes.
5. Timer Function: Long press the "Timer" button to enter the scheduled boot mode, allowing you to set a delayed start time.

Maintenance
