1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your WOLTU Mini Greenhouse. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, this greenhouse offers an ideal environment for plant growth, protection, and cultivation.

2. Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all safety warnings before assembly and use.

• Always assemble and disassemble the greenhouse carefully, as components may have sharp edges.
• Keep the greenhouse away from direct sunlight to prevent overheating and potential UV exposure to the cover material over extended periods.
• Ensure the greenhouse is properly anchored, especially in windy conditions, to prevent damage or injury.
• Provide adequate ventilation to avoid excessive humidity and heat buildup, which can harm plants.
• Do not overload the shelves. Each shelf supports up to 15 kg.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward and requires no special tools. Follow these steps for proper setup:

1. Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the shortest metal tubes using the plastic connectors to form the rectangular base. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Attach Wheels: Insert the four universal wheels into the designated slots on the base frame. Ensure the brakes are in the locked position during assembly for stability.
3. Install Vertical Supports: Attach the longer vertical metal tubes to the base frame using connectors.
4. Add Shelves: Slide the grid shelves onto the frame at the desired heights. The shelves are designed to fit securely into the frame structure. You can adjust their positions or remove them as needed for taller plants.
5. Construct Top Frame: Assemble the arched top frame pieces and connect them to the vertical supports.
6. Drape the Cover: Carefully place the PE cover over the assembled metal frame. Ensure the zipper door is aligned correctly.
7. Secure the Cover: Use the integrated straps or ties to secure the cover to the metal frame, ensuring a snug fit and preventing it from being dislodged by wind.

5. Operating Instructions

The WOLTU Mini Greenhouse is designed for versatile use to support your plants throughout the year.

5.1. Plant Protection and Growth

• Seasonal Use: The PE cover provides protection against frost in winter, excessive sun in summer, and heavy rain. It helps maintain a stable internal temperature.
• Optimal Photosynthesis: The high transparency of the PE cover allows maximum light penetration, crucial for plant photosynthesis.
• Humidity Control: The enclosed environment helps retain humidity, beneficial for many plant types. Monitor humidity levels and ventilate as needed.

5.2. Mobility and Placement

Utilize the integrated wheels for easy repositioning of the greenhouse.

• Relocation: Unlock the wheel brakes to move the greenhouse to different locations, such as following the sun's path or moving it indoors/outdoors.
• Stability: Always engage the wheel brakes once the greenhouse is in its desired position to ensure stability.

5.3. Ventilation and Access

The roll-up zipper door allows for easy access and ventilation.

• Opening the Door: Unzip the door and roll it up. Secure it with the attached straps to keep it open for ventilation or plant access.
• Closing the Door: Unfasten the straps, unroll the door, and zip it closed to maintain the internal environment.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will extend the life of your greenhouse and ensure optimal performance.

• Cleaning the Cover: Periodically wipe the PE cover with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt, ensuring maximum light transmission. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Frame Inspection: Regularly check the metal frame and plastic connectors for any signs of damage, rust, or loosening. Tighten connections as needed.
• Wheel Maintenance: Keep the wheels clean and free of debris. Ensure the brakes function correctly.
• Winter Care: While the cover offers frost protection, in areas with heavy snowfall, it is advisable to gently brush off accumulated snow to prevent structural strain.
• Storage: If storing the greenhouse for an extended period, clean all components, disassemble if desired, and store in a dry, protected area away from direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your mini greenhouse.

• Issue: Greenhouse feels unstable or wobbly.
  Solution: Ensure all frame tubes are fully inserted into their connectors. Check that the wheel brakes are engaged if the greenhouse is stationary. For outdoor use, consider additional anchoring (e.g., weights on the base or ground stakes, not included) in windy conditions.
• Issue: Poor plant growth or yellowing leaves.
  Solution: Check for adequate ventilation. High humidity or lack of airflow can lead to fungal issues. Ensure plants are receiving sufficient light; clean the cover if it's dirty. Verify proper watering and soil conditions.
• Issue: Water pooling inside the greenhouse.
  Solution: While the cover is water-resistant, extreme weather or prolonged exposure might lead to minor leaks if not perfectly taut. Ensure the cover is stretched tightly over the frame. Check for any tears or punctures in the PE material.
• Issue: Zipper is difficult to operate.
  Solution: Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper teeth. Apply a small amount of zipper lubricant (e.g., silicone spray) if it remains stiff.
