5. Maintenance

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For ear tips, you can gently wipe them with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry completely before reattaching.

5.2 Water Resistance

The earbuds are IPX5 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to sweat and light splashes of water. Avoid submerging them in water or exposing them to heavy rain. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
  • Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
  • No sound: Check the volume level on your connected device. Ensure the earbuds are charged and properly paired.
  • Charging issues: Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
  • Noise cancellation not effective: Ensure the ear tips provide a snug seal in your ear canal. Adjust the ANC mode using the touch controls.
