Setup and Installation
Professional installation is recommended for this fixture. Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before starting.
1. Prepare for Installation
- Turn off power at the main circuit breaker.
- Carefully remove the old fixture (if applicable) and its mounting hardware.
- Unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts on a clean, flat surface.
2. Determine Fixture Height
This pendant light features adjustable height using the included downrods (6", 12", 18"). Combine them as needed to achieve your desired hanging height. The total length of wire is 12 feet, allowing for flexible adjustment.

3. Mount the Fixture
- Attach the mounting plate to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Thread the fixture wires through the center hole of the mounting plate and canopy.
- Connect the electrical wires: Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the junction box, the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the junction box, and the ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box. Secure connections with wire nuts.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
- Align the canopy with the mounting plate and secure it with the decorative nuts or screws provided.
4. Install Bulbs and Shade

- Screw three A19 type bulbs (not included) into the E26 medium base sockets. Do not exceed 60 watts per bulb.
- Ensure the fabric shade and opaque white glass diffuser are properly seated and secured according to the assembly instructions.
5. Restore Power
Once installation is complete, restore power at the circuit breaker and test the fixture.

For optimal light distribution and aesthetic appeal, consider the following guidelines:
- Above a Kitchen Island: Install ceiling fixtures 30"-36" from the surface of your kitchen island. If installing multiple fixtures, space them a minimum of 30" apart.
- Above a Round Table: Choose a fixture with a width measuring between 1/2 and 3/4 the diameter of a round table. Leave approximately 30"-36" between the bottom of your fixture and the top of your table.
Operating Instructions
This pendant light operates via a standard wall switch. It is compatible with most standard wall dimmers, allowing you to adjust the light output to your desired ambiance. Ensure you use dimmable bulbs if connecting to a dimmer switch.
Maintenance
