2. Safety Information

4. Setup

1. Unpack the Heating Pad: Carefully remove the heating pad and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Inspect for Damage: Before first use, inspect the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Connect the Controller: Firmly plug the power cord with the controller into the heating pad's connector. Ensure a secure connection.
4. Position the Pad: Place the heating pad on the desired body area (neck, shoulders, back, legs, or arms). The weighted edges and snap fasteners help keep the pad in place.
5. Plug into Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 110-120V AC electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The controller allows for easy adjustment of heat and timer settings.

1. Power On/Off: Press the Power Button (usually indicated by a universal power symbol) to turn the heating pad ON or OFF. The display screen will illuminate.
2. Adjust Temperature: Use the Temperature Setting Button (usually indicated by a thermometer symbol or '+' / '-' buttons) to cycle through the 6 heat settings.
3. Set Timer: Press the Timer Setting Button (usually indicated by a clock symbol) to select the desired auto shut-off time.

The WUGE Heating Pad offers 6 adjustable heat settings to suit your comfort needs:

• Setting 2: 112°F (44°C)

• Setting 4: 126°F (52°C)
• Setting 5: 133°F (56°C)
• Setting 6: 140°F (60°C)

7. Timer Settings

The heating pad features an automatic shut-off timer to ensure safety and prevent overheating. You can select from the following timer options:

• 30 minutes
• 60 minutes
• 90 minutes
• 120 minutes

The pad will automatically turn off once the selected time has elapsed.

9. Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your heating pad.

• Disconnect Power: Always unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and detach the controller from the heating pad before cleaning.
• Machine Washable: The heating pad is machine washable. Use cold water (40°C/104°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Do Not Bleach: Avoid using bleach or harsh cleaning agents.
• Do Not Dry Clean: Dry cleaning is not recommended.
• Line Dry or Tumble Dry Low: Air dry the pad or tumble dry on a low heat setting. Ensure the pad is completely dry before re-connecting the controller and using.
• Do Not Iron: Do not iron the heating pad.
• Storage: When not in use, store the heating pad in a cool, dry place. Avoid tight wrapping of the cord.

10. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your WUGE Heating Pad, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Pad Not Heating:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the pad and the wall outlet.
  • Check if the wall outlet is functional by plugging in another appliance.
  • Verify that the controller is turned ON and a heat setting is selected.
• Pad Overheating:
  • Immediately turn off and unplug the pad.
  • Allow the pad to cool down completely.
  • If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
• Controller Display Not Working:
