3. How to Choose the Right Size
Accurate measurement is crucial for optimal performance and appearance. Please follow these guidelines:
For Inside Mount:
- Window Depth: Ensure your window depth is at least 2 inches.
- Blind Width: The selected width of the roller shade should be 1/4 inch less than the measured window frame width.
- Blind Height: The selected height should be larger than or equal to the window height.
For Outside Mount:
- Blind Width: The selected width of the roller shade needs to be 4 inches wider than the measured window width to ensure complete window coverage.
- Blind Height: The selected height should be 4 inches larger than the measured window height.
Please Note: The fabric width will be approximately 1 inch narrower than the total shade size. A tiny light gap will exist on each side for inside mount. For 100% blackout, consider an outside mount.

- To Lower: Gently pull down on the handle located at the bottom rail of the shade. The shade will smoothly glide to your desired stopping point.
- To Raise: Gently push up on the handle. The shade will retract smoothly.
- Free-Stop Function: The robust spring-loaded mechanism allows you to stop the shade at any position without cords, making it safer for children and pets.
