8. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Solution
Devices repeatedly connect and disconnect upon computer boot. This behavior may occur with some systems. Ensure the hub is fully powered before booting your computer. If the issue persists, try connecting the hub after the computer has fully started.
Blue LED indicators are too bright. The LED brightness is fixed. If desired, a small piece of opaque tape can be placed over the LEDs to reduce their visibility.
Device not recognized or not functioning.
  • Ensure the individual touch switch for the port is activated (LED is blue).
  • Verify the hub is properly connected to both power and your computer.
  • Try connecting the device to a different port on the hub or directly to your computer to isolate the issue.
  • Restart your computer.
Slow data transfer speed.
  • Ensure you are using a USB 3.2 or USB 3.0 port on the hub for high-speed devices.
  • Verify your computer's USB-C port supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 for 10Gbps speeds.
  • The speed is limited by the slowest component (e.g., an older USB 2.0 device will operate at USB 2.0 speeds).
