Setup
1. Charging the Power Bank:
- Ensure the included 10000mAh power bank is fully charged before first use.
- Connect the power bank to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) using the provided USB cable.
- The indicator lights on the power bank will show charging status. Charge until all lights are solid.

2. Connecting the Power Bank:
- Locate the USB cable inside the heating pad's pocket.
- Connect the USB cable to the charged power bank.
- Place the power bank securely into the pocket of the heating pad.
3. Wearing the Heating Pad:
- Wrap the heating pad around the desired area (e.g., lower back, abdomen, shoulder).
- Secure the pad using the adjustable velcro straps.
- For larger waist sizes (up to 60 inches), attach the elastic extension strap to achieve a comfortable and secure fit.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off:
- Press and hold the power button on the heating pad for 3 seconds to turn it on. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds to turn it off.
2. Adjusting Heat Settings:
- Once powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the three heat settings:
- Low (Green Light): Approximately 94-104°F (34-40°C)
- Medium (Blue Light): Approximately 112-122°F (44-50°C)
- High (Red Light): Approximately 130-140°F (54-60°C)
- Select the heat level that provides the most comfortable and effective therapy.

3. Automatic Shut-off:
- The heating pad is equipped with a 45-minute automatic shut-off safety feature. This prevents overheating and conserves battery life.
- To continue use after auto-off, simply press the power button to restart the device and select your desired heat setting.
