Setup

  1. Unpack all components from the box.
  2. Place the insulated safety base on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  3. Place the foam mat on top of the safety base to provide a protective layer for your project and workspace.
  4. Connect the power cord to the heat press machine and plug it into a standard 110V power outlet.

Operating Instructions

Manual Control

  1. Power On: Press the power button (⏻) to turn on the machine.
  2. Set Temperature: Press the TEMP button (🌡️) once, then use the up (∧) and down (∨) arrows to set your desired temperature. Press TEMP again to confirm.
  3. Set Time: Press the TIMER button (⏱️) once, then use the up (∧) and down (∨) arrows to set your desired time. Press TIMER again to confirm.
  4. Pre-press: Place your material (e.g., T-shirt) on the foam mat. Use the heat press to smooth out any wrinkles or moisture for a few seconds.
  5. Position Design: Place your transfer design onto the material, ensuring it is face down if required by your transfer type.
  6. Apply Heat: Place the heat press firmly over the design. Press the Start button (Start) to begin the countdown. Apply medium, even pressure throughout the transfer process.
  7. Finish: The machine will beep when the timer is complete. Carefully lift the heat press and place it back on its insulated safety base. Allow the design to cool (or peel warm, depending on your transfer material's instructions) before removing the protective sheet.
