Troubleshooting

  • Cannot Pair with Device:
Ensure the ear hooks are charged and in pairing mode (open the charging case). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Try restarting your device. Clear previous Bluetooth connections for "AZ09 Pro" on your device and attempt to pair again.
  • No Sound or Intermittent Sound:
Check if the ear hooks are properly connected to your IEMs. Ensure the ear hooks are fully charged. Verify that the volume on both your device and the ear hooks is turned up. Move closer to your connected device to avoid interference.
  • Ear Hooks Not Charging:
Ensure the ear hooks are correctly seated in the charging case. Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different USB cable or power adapter. Clean the charging contacts on both the ear hooks and the case.
  • One Ear Hook Not Connecting:
Due to TWS+ technology, each ear hook can connect independently. If only one connects, try placing both ear hooks back into the charging case, closing it, and then reopening it to re-establish the connection between them and your device.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your KZ AZ09 PRO ear hooks, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Keep the ear hooks and charging case clean and dry. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe surfaces.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive substances.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product, as this will void any potential warranty and may cause damage.
  • Store the ear hooks in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
