3.2 Water Bullet Preparation
To prepare the water bullets, place them in the foaming bottle and add water. Allow them to soak until they expand to their full size. Once expanded, load the water bullets into the truck's firing mechanism. Always wear the provided goggles when operating the water bullet function.
3.3 Remote Control Pairing
Turn on the RC truck and then the remote control. The remote should automatically pair with the truck. If pairing fails, turn both devices off and on again. Ensure the remote control has fresh batteries for optimal performance.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Movement and Drifting
The V997 utilizes Mecanum wheels for omnidirectional movement. Use the 3D driving joystick on the remote control to navigate. The truck supports various movements including forward, backward, lateral movement, and 360-degree rotations (both inward and outward). There are 3 distinct drift modes and 24 drift moves available for advanced control.

4.4 Battle Mode and Infrared Aiming
Engage in intense battles with the V997's 8-point health system. Each hit received by the truck will cause the remote to vibrate and can lead to a loss of functionality (e.g., 50% power reduction to a tire after 4 hits). The truck features an infrared smart targeting sensor located beneath the shooting turret. This sensor detects targets within a 1.5-meter radius with a ±45° range in both vertical and horizontal planes, enabling precise aiming.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the truck and remote control. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals, especially near electronic components.
- Storage: When not in use, store the V997 RC Truck and its accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Remove batteries from both the truck and remote if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Battery Care: Always use the provided charging cable. Do not overcharge batteries. Allow batteries to cool down before recharging.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Truck does not respond to remote. | Low battery in truck or remote; not paired correctly; interference. | Charge truck battery, replace remote batteries. Turn both off and on to re-pair. Move to an area with less interference. |
| Water bullet firing mechanism not working. | Insufficient water bullets; jam in the mechanism; low power. | Ensure enough water bullets are loaded. Check for obstructions. Recharge truck battery. |
| Truck moves erratically or drifts unintentionally. | Wheels obstructed; calibration issue; uneven surface. | Check wheels for debris. Refer to remote control instructions for calibration. Operate on a flat, clear surface. |
