5. Maintenance and Cleaning
5.1 Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning
The pyrolytic self-cleaning function simplifies oven cleaning. To activate:
- Remove all accessories (racks, trays) from the oven cavity.

- Select the pyrolytic cleaning program from the control panel.
- Press 'Start'. The oven will heat to approximately 500°C, turning food residues into ash.
