4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning

The pyrolytic self-cleaning function simplifies oven cleaning. To activate:

  1. Remove all accessories (racks, trays) from the oven cavity.
  2. Wipe away any loose debris.
  3. Select the pyrolytic cleaning program from the control panel.
  4. Press 'Start'. The oven will heat to approximately 500°C, turning food residues into ash.
  5. Once the program is complete and the oven has cooled, wipe away the ash with a damp cloth.

Caution: The oven door will lock during the pyrolytic cleaning cycle and will remain locked until the oven has cooled down to a safe temperature.
