Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your grill for first use.

  1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
  2. Wash the grill plate, grill net, and raclette pans with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Place the main grill unit on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.
  4. Insert the grease collection tray (drip pan) into its designated slot at the bottom of the unit.
  5. Pour approximately 2-3 cups of water into the grease collection tray. This is essential for smokeless operation and to prevent dry burning. Ensure the water level is below the heating element.
  6. Place either the non-stick grill plate or the grill net onto the main unit, ensuring it sits securely over the heating element.
  7. If using, slide the raclette pans into the lower slots.
