Setup Instructions

Setting up your Sannwsg Party Tent is designed to be straightforward, thanks to numbered parts and a tool-free connection system for most components. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly, especially when raising the frame.

  1. Unpack and Organize: Lay out all components and identify them using the numbered labels. Separate poles, connectors, fabric sections, and accessories.
  2. Assemble the Roof Frame: Begin by connecting the roof poles and connectors. The spring buttons and ball straps allow for quick and secure connections. Ensure all connections click into place.
  3. Attach the Canopy Cover: Carefully drape the main canopy cover over the assembled roof frame. Ensure it is centered and aligned correctly.
  4. Install Leg Poles: Attach the leg poles to the roof frame, lifting the structure as you go. Secure the leg poles to the ground using the provided alloy ground nails and screwed base nails.
  5. Add Side Panels: Attach the side panels to the tent frame. These panels feature transparent windows and can be secured using Velcro straps on the inside of the poles. The end panels can be rolled up like a garage door for easy access.
  6. Secure the Tent: Utilize the included wind ropes, tie-down straps, and sandbags to firmly anchor the tent, especially in windy conditions.
  7. Install Lighting: Place the solar LED lights in desired locations, ensuring the solar panels receive adequate sunlight. String the included light strips along the tent frame for evening illumination.
