- Inspections: Regularly check all fasteners, rivets, and moving parts for security and proper function. If any part is damaged or worn, discontinue use and contact customer service.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your stroller, refer to the following common solutions:
- Stroller does not fold/unfold easily:
Ensure the seat is in the lie-flat position before attempting to fold. Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Apply gentle, even pressure. If issues persist, refer to the folding instructions again. - Wheels are stiff or squeaky:
Check for debris (e.g., hair, dirt) caught in the wheel axles. Clean thoroughly. A small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the axles if needed, avoiding contact with the brake mechanism. - Canopy does not attach securely:
Ensure the canopy attachment points are correctly aligned with the frame slots and pressed firmly until a click is heard. If it still feels loose, inspect for any damage to the attachment points. - Brake is not engaging/disengaging:
Check for any obstructions around the brake pedal or wheel. Ensure the brake mechanism is clean. If the issue persists, do not use the stroller and contact customer support.
