2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. Always adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Hot Surface: The cooktop surface may remain hot after use. Do not touch the heating zone immediately after cooking. Allow it to cool down completely.
  • Water and Liquids: Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. Avoid spilling liquids directly onto the control panel.
  • Children and Pets: Keep the cooktop out of reach of children and pets. Always supervise children if they are near the appliance during operation.
  • Empty Pots: Do not heat empty pots or pans on the cooktop. This can cause damage to the cookware and the appliance.
  • Flammable Materials: Do not place paper, towels, or other flammable materials on or near the cooktop during operation.
  • Power Cord: If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard. Use only the special cord provided.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack the induction cooktop and place it on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard 110-120V electrical outlet. The LED display will light up briefly, indicating it is in standby mode.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Controls

  • ON/OFF Key: Press to enter standby mode or to stop working and shut down.
  • Function Key: Press in standby mode to enter work, or during work to switch between functions.
  • "-" / "+" Keys: Adjust temperature or power levels. Pressing these keys in timed setting state can adjust the timed time.
  • Timer Key: During work, press to enter the timed shutdown setting mode.
  • Child Lock Key: Long press for 2 seconds to enter or release the child lock state.

5.2. Temperature and Power Settings

The cooktop offers 10 temperature levels and 10 power levels for precise cooking control:

5.3. Compatible Cookware

Induction cooktops require cookware made of ferromagnetic materials. Use a magnet to test your cookware; if it sticks to the bottom, it is compatible.

  • Compatible: Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, Enameled Steel.
  • Incompatible: Ceramic, Glass, Copper, Aluminum, or pots with a bottom diameter smaller than 10cm or larger than 22cm.
